Robert R. Yates

Robert “Bob” R. Yates, 69, of Jamison, PA passed away on October 7, 2024. 

Bob was born in Abington, PA on January 20th, 1955, and grew up in Ivyland, PA for most of his life. He owned his own General Contracting business for over 40 years. 

Bob enjoyed anything outdoors – hunting, fishing, grilling while spending time with friends and family. Two of his favorite places to visit include Potter County, PA and Ocean City, NJ. For around 6 years, Bob and Vickie traveled in their RV all over the east coast. Along with his RV, one of his prized possessions was his big red truck; you would never find it dirty, along with his Harley Davidson motorcycle. 

Bob was a devoted husband to Victoria Yates, his wife of 48 years. He was also a beloved father to his three daughters, Jamie Yates, Robin (George) Kix, and Tracie Yates (Nicholas Sutton). Bob is survived by his six grandchildren, Morgan, Julia, Johnathan, Benjamin, Gracie, and Bobby, as well as his best friend Gary Sims. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Bob's celebration of life memorial service on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, beginning at 9:30 am until 11:30 AM; at Warrington Fellowship Church, 2233 Bristol Rd Warrington, PA 18976. 

Bob will be missed by many people.
