Richard J. Adams, Jr., 64, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at his home after a long battle with cancer. Born in Bristol, PA, he was a resident of Levittown, PA. Rich was a member of the Ironworker’s Union and was employed by Grossi for many years up until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard J. Adams, Sr., Mother, Ruth Adams, sister, Linda Haraburda, and sister, Janet Adams. He is survived by his siblings, Dorothy Adams, Carol D’Amico, Sandra Lewis and her husband Wayne, Joseph Adams and his wife Michele, and George Adams, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, neighbors and his loyal dog, Marley.
Rich was a member of the Hemlock Rod & Gun Club, a lover of fishing and hunting, and seemed to always be hitting the lottery whether it be a scratch off or playing the numbers and was always ready with a good joke to tell.
To his goddaughter, Tina Robbins, Uncle Richie was the one you called for directions before there was GPS. He was the reason she knows good classic rock music and the reason she knows how to pour a good beer from a keg.
