She was an extreme multitasker and took pride in her work and business. Lori enjoyed spending time with her family, going on walks, gardening, cooking, motorcycle rides with her husband, and trips to the Jersey Shore. Lori loved being a mom and even better, a grandmother! She never missed a sporting event or school concert and made the best cupcakes for school birthdays. She was an amazing baker; her cookies were out of this world, and many looked forward to their cookie trays at Christmas time.
Lori will be remembered for her kindness, her incredible smile, and her unwavering devotion to family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
