Dean T. Barnes

Dean T. Barnes, 59, of Hatboro passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022, after a long battle with Polycystic Kidney Disease. He is the cherished husband of Victoria for 22 years. Dean was the devoted father of Dean Barnes Jr., Kayla Rieco (Sean Harrison), Karli Rieco, Stephen Rieco, and Jordan Barnes. Loving grandfather of Logan and Spencer Harrison.

Born October 8, 1963, in Philadelphia. He was the son of the late Ray A. and Marie (DeMent) Barnes. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his brother Lee Barnes (Robin), many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Fries.

Dean was a 1981 graduate of Hatboro-Horsham Senior High and Eastern Center for Arts and Technology. Dean was a paint sub-contractor for Hayes Painting for the past 20 years.  He enjoyed being with family and having his home full of his children and their friends, always saying they were his extra daughters. He loved playing with his Huskies, Tucker and Zeus. Dean was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan.

Services will be held January 13, 2023, at Lehman Methodist Church 300 S. York Road, Hatboro, PA. Visitation from 10:30 am to 11:30 a.m. Memorial service at 11:30 a.m.

His Interment will be held privately at a later date.
